Artist's Comments
I'm not exactly sure how long this one took me. I had to repaint part of the hair, which I suck at, so I had a few false starts. Overall I had about 30 layers on this one image alone. The idea behind this one was simply the fact that I've had a few problems in my life lately and have felt alone and helpless and I felt like making a piece that reflected that. I also seem to be doing alot of portraits lately. I don't know why, I just happen to find them inspiring right now.
